Field Recruiter – Bangalore | Salad Days Experience: 1–3 Years Key Responsibilities: • Conduct field recruitment drives across Bangalore locations. • Source candidates through walk-ins, local markets, referrals, and job portals. • Hire for kitchen, delivery, packing, and operational roles. • Coordinate interviews, document collection, and joining formalities. • Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS. • Coordinate with Operations/HR for manpower requirements. • Ensure timely fulfilment of open positions and reduce hiring TAT. Requirements: • Graduate preferred. • Good communication and candidate-handling skills. • Willingness to travel across Bangalore. • Field recruitment experience preferred. • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
