About Kugelblitz Kugelblitz is a fast-growing fintech product company building innovative solutions for the BFSI and NBFC ecosystem. Our products simplify lending, accounting, and financial operations through intuitive and scalable technology platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions. • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience. • Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and UI components across products. • Design dashboards, forms, and workflows for financial products (LMS, LOS, Accounting Systems, etc.). • Develop and maintain design libraries and style guides. • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. • Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and usability. Required Skills Technical Skills • Proficiency in: • Figma • Adobe XD • Sketch (Good to Have) • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Strong understanding of: • UI Design Principles • UX Research • Information Architecture • User Journey Mapping • Wireframing & Prototyping • Responsive Design • Design Systems • Basic understanding of: • HTML/CSS • Frontend frameworks (Good to Have) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field. • 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design. • Experience working on SaaS, fintech, or enterprise applications is preferred. • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs. Preferred Skills • Experience in designing dashboards and complex enterprise applications. • Understanding of fintech products such as Lending Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), or ERP solutions. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
