About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting talent acquisition initiatives to help us attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. • Conduct initial HR screening interviews. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates until joining. • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics. • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Key Skills Required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques. • Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications • MBA (HR) or Equivalent • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
