As an SDR at Casaplex, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by sparking interest, building meaningful relationships, and introducing prospective clients to our suite of cutting-edge technologies—including smart networks, automation systems, audio/video distribution, security solutions, motorized shades, and lighting control.What You’ll Do • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets. • Represent Casaplex’s high-end smart technology solutions with confidence and flair. • Conduct proactive outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and secure initial meetings. • Educate prospects on how integrated technology transforms their living and working environments. • Partner closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth. • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in our CRM. • Collaborate on innovative outreach strategies and messaging to continually elevate lead generation. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of sales development, inside sales, or related experience (technical or smart technology sales is a distinct advantage). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts. • Enthusiasm for outbound outreach and initiating high-impact conversations with new prospects. • Aptitude for understanding basic construction or technology concepts. • Proficiency with CRM or ERP tools for tracking progress and pipelines. • Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-through. • High school diploma (or equivalent) required. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
