Description Afternoon, in-home services available in both Randolph and Montville, NJ EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Behavior technicians are responsible for; • Providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis • Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBA • Collecting and graphing data using an online data collection system [CentralReach] • Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment. • Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator [compensated at a training rate] • Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
