Description The CSR-Warranty Service Department provides a critical role in customer interface and is part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term business relationships for the Warranty Services Department of NT Window. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
