We’re looking for two compassionate, dependable people to join the Easy St and South Hills Group Homes as Shift Leads, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, inclusive environment. Easy St is a fun home with Clients who enjoy engagement and activities - if you love soccer in the backyard, listening to Shaina Twain or art & crafts, you can bring your passions to work every day! South Hills' residents enjoy drives around town and getting outside, including outings to Shakespeare in the Park! This is a great home to expand your experience with client behaviors in a well-run home. In this position, you’ll work directly with Clients, guide your teammates, and help keep our homes running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a key resource others rely on.
