Job Summary: We are seeking a experienced and qualified SAP FICO Consultant with a MBA - Finance/ Inter CA / Chartered Accountant (CA) background and 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, preferably in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions aligned with complex manufacturing finance processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: •Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects. •Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. •Configure and customize SAP modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-PC, and Material Ledger. •Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) for seamless ETO operations. •Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize costing, budgeting, and reporting processes. •Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements. •Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and roadmap. •Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). •Document functional specifications, test scripts, and configuration guides. •Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: •Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. •Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle ETO manufacturing projects. •Strong understanding of ETO costing models, project-based accounting, and WBS structures. •Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable. •Proficient in integration points with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: •Experience with SAP Activate methodology. •Knowledge of IFRS and Indian GAAP compliance in SAP. •Exposure to automation tools, Fiori apps, and reporting tools like SAC or BW.
