Applicant should be Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 5years' experience in Quality Control and inspection of Casting, or Forging or , Fabrication and machining components.Should have process knowledge of Fabrication and Machining.Should have process knowledge of Casting and Forging.Should have hands on experience in precision measurement & handling measuring instruments.Should have Hands on Experience in Inspection of castings, NDT on Castings .Should have knowledge of ASME Sec 9, WPS and PQR. Should have knowledge of material Grades of CS , AS and SSShould be Qualified in ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT, MT, RT and PT.Should have experience in Preparation of QAP and Inspection protocol/CTQ's.Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001. preferableShould have Good Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.Should have knowledge of steam Turbine and Generators components.
