Testing & ValidationDevelop and execute test plans for:Battery packs (Li-ion, LFP, etc.)BMS (Battery Management System)PCS (Power Conversion System)Complete BESS containersPerform electrical, thermal, functional, and safety testingConduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)2. System Integration TestingValidate interfaces between battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, and SCADATest communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet)Perform charge-discharge cycle testing and efficiency validation3. Compliance & StandardsEnsure testing as per standards like:IEC / UL / BIS relevant to BESSSupport certification processes and documentation4. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze test data and identify performance gapsPrepare detailed test reports and failure analysisSuggest corrective actions and design improvements5. Troubleshooting & Root Cause AnalysisDiagnose issues in battery systems, wiring, control logicWork closely with design, quality, and production teams6.
