Full description
Graduate Engineer preferably from Mechanical stream/ Electronic Stream / Any Engineering Stream.8 to 12 years of experience in Engineering manufacturing Shop . Shop planning and Procurement . Familiar with Advance machine tools having more than 3 axis CNC controls from FANUC or Siemens , Familiar with machine tools programming language.Deep knowledge and extensive involvement in leadership position in implementation of modern methods/concepts for improving production and uptime of complex machine tools . Knowledge of Modern concepts such as below , very essentialTotal productive maintenance (TPM)SMED- Single Minute Exchange of Die6 SIGMALEAN MANUFACTURINGAI toolsMAKIGAMI and other Analysis toolsFMEA: Failure Mode Effect AnalysisBasic Knowledge about CNC machine mainteananceBasic knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics
