Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Duties and Responsibilities • An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. • Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. • A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target. • Manage Multiple locations – And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business. • Manage channel relationships • Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets • Manage the sales process • Ensure process rigor and controllership • Ensure smooth service delivery to channels. Manage the FOS productivity Required Qualifications and Experience • Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg • With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills. • Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
