The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and extensive knowledge of loan processing, credit analysis, and dealership operations. This role involves guiding customers through financing options, upselling insurance products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, while playing a key role in maximizing dealership profitability and delivering exceptional customer service.
