Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk opening! Must be able to work on your feet for most of the day, and work outdoors on the auction lot in a variety of weather conditions. No experience is required. Training will be provided! Rewards for Entry-Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk • $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience • Monday - Friday work schedule • Comprehensive benefits package • Matching 401(k) • Paid holidays • Generous paid time off • Career growth potential Responsibilities for Entry- Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk • Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes. • Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records. • Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions. • Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers. • Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation. • Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues. • Support efficient sale-day registration operations. • Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. • Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Perform other duties as assigned. Work Hours for Entry-Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk • Monday 9am - 5pm • Tuesday 9am - 7pm • Wednesday 8am - 5pm • Thursday 9am - 5pm • Friday 9am - 1pm Requirements Requirements for Entry- Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Valid driver's license & a good driving record. • Able to work outside during all weather conditions. • Able to be on your feet most of the day. • Able to pass pre-employment screening. • Able to work a phone and tablet during the registration process.
