Requirements • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice • Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date • Current CPR certification • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
