We run some of the highest producing shops in the country. This team averages over 300 hours per month, per technician, every single time. This shop is a well-oiled machine with the entire crew working together to keep things pumping like clockwork. COMPENSATION Starting at $50-$60/hr plus $5 production bonus. These guys hit the bonus every single pay period. Do the math on how much money you can make here. The sky is the limit.
