The duties include: • Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance • Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines • Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data • Maintain quality data and reports • Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results • Collaborate with Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.
