As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. This position is located in North, PA - USA. Where You’ll Make a Difference • Monitoring sales orders and inventory levels to ensure timely shipment • Prepare Shipments – Create in SAP, print and assemble paperwork, confirm shipment accuracy • Schedule Shipments with carriers and/or customers as required • Send all pick-up request emails. • Comply with customer order requests. • Shipment expediting as requested/required. • Resolving SAP system or inventory issues that may prevent timely shipment of orders. • Consulting with the Customer Service and Quality departments to resolve issues preventing shipment • Vacation coverage in other areas of the department What Makes You the Right Fit • Strong background in computerized inventory and shipping systems, preferably SAP • Ability to work under pressure; • Excellent problem solving skills and numeracy skills; • Enthusiastic team player; • Results oriented and high attention to detail; • Ability to learn computer skills How Would You Stand Out? • English Fluency High School diploma or GED Ability to handle multiple tasks. Available to work overtime as needed to cover special situations.
