You'll work with brand new, state-of-the-art tuning machines as a Tune Shop Technician, providing guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $17.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Job Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear conditions Perform both tuning and repair services for guests Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments Other duties as assigned Qualifications:   Job Requirements 1+ years of experience HS Diploma or GED Equivalent Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tune/maintenance/repairs Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
