Cornerstone is Texarkana's only 5 STAR Community and is proud to be officially certified in the Eden Alternative Registry, which honors those organizations deeply committed to transforming traditional models of care into person-directed approaches that put the individual first.  We’re seeking a PRN Driver 🚗 to help transport residents to appointments, outings, and events while building meaningful relationships along the way. This role is more than just driving — you’ll also have the chance to support our Life Enrichment Team, assist with activities, and be part of fun community outings and events. What we’re looking for: Friendly, dependable, and patient Enjoys working with seniors Safe, confident driver Flexible and team-oriented The PRN Driver will fulfill all transportation needs for our retirement community campus. They will operate vehicles such as a bus, van, and car. The majority of driving will be during the week with some occasional evenings.  Schedule/Hours: Thursdays (8:00am-4:00pm) & Sundays (8:00am-1:00pm). On-call other days during weekday  : A safe driving record.  A passion for working with seniors! ❤️ The ability to handle multiple transportation requests at a time, and if necessary, prioritize, and diplomatically communicate the established priorities residents and staff.  The ability to project a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner to residents, families and co-workers.
