Prime Group is looking for a Guest Room Attendant to deliver clean, comfortable guest rooms and an exceptional guest experience. Job Summary The Guest Room Attendant plays a key role in the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding guest expectations for guest room cleanliness and by assisting in the delivery of guest service. The Guest Room Attendant ensures guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attentiveness to guests' needs. What You'll Do Including but not limited to: Display hospitality, professionalism, and respect toward guests, vendors, and co-workers at all times Comply with Prime Hospitality's Company Standards of Service and Brand Standards, and complete required training Maintain a clean, neat appearance, including a complete uniform and name tag at all times Arrive in assigned sections prepared to clean, with an organized cart stocked with adequate supplies Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and carts; empty vacuum bags as needed; notify supervisor of supply shortages Clean assigned rooms to Company and Brand standards, including bathrooms, dusting all surfaces, and vacuuming carpets daily Replace used bed and bath linens with clean linens, and change bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads, and shower curtains as needed Check fixtures, television, radio, food preparation equipment, and heating/cooling units for proper operation Ensure all amenities and guest supplies are present in each room and replenish as needed Set room appliances and settings for guest comfort and hotel efficiency Report room status for reselling, perform deep cleaning as assigned, and write maintenance orders as needed Turn in articles left in rooms to management for Lost and Found handling Report all Do Not Disturb or bolted rooms to the supervisor daily Maintain safe working conditions and security, follow all safety and emergency procedures, and keep keys and rooms secure Keep your supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance What You Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong work ethic with a detail-oriented, roll-up-the-sleeves approach Ability to deal with guests and associates in a friendly, positive manner, with empathy and proactive problem-solving Personal accountability and pride in results Ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Why You'll Love It Here Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing organization About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
