Qualifications Education • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Science in Nursing, and/or related. - preferred • Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Science in Nursing, and/or related. For Clinical Support Programs, the MSN is required. - preferred Experience • 5 years Within a healthcare setting such as medical, surgical, stroke, radiation and/or related department/unit - required • 4 years Managing academic clinical department(s), service line(s), and/or related. - required • 3 years Supervisory/Management experience and overseeing department(s)/service line(s) in a healthcare setting. - required Licenses and Certifications • Registered Nurse License • BLS from AHA or ARC
