Internship Program Requirements • Education: Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029. • Academic performance: Minimum overall GPA of 2.8. • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location. • Geographic flexibility: Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America. • Availability: Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027. • Background check: Successful completion of a background check is required. • Work authorization: ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position. Job Summary FP&A’s role is to partner with business leaders to drive actions that improve financial performance and forecasting. This role will provide insightful information related to driver-based performance and forecasting, emphasizing understanding variances versus annual plans/forecasts. Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams to analyze and report monthly results • Provide variance analysis compared to the most recent forecast/Annual Plan. • Provide analytical support to the global business unit teams to understand business unit drivers of performance • Undertake special projects for business leadership, and FPA leads as needed Requirements: • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Possess initiative and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Collaborate with local colleagues to provide insight and support strategic goals • Dedication to utilizing technology applications that are critical to performing accounting functions Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
