About the Role As an Enterprise Account Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting TQL's largest and most strategic customers by ensuring billing accuracy, improving payment performance, and driving operational excellence. What’s in it for you? * Competitive starting salary * Structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals * Clear advancement opportunities and defined career progression * Health, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one, including plans with $0 paycheck contributions * 401(k) with company match * Awards and recognition from organizations including Fortune and Forbes What You'll Be Doing * Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed-upon terms and maximizing collection performance * Analyze aging invoices and payment trends to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement * Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Accounting, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues efficiently * Monitor key performance indicators related to billing accuracy, payment performance, and revenue realization * Identify process gaps and recommend solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cash flow * Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to support customers utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and third-party payment platforms * Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support customer requirements and reduce invoicing errors * Lead root cause analyses for payment delays, missed KPIs, and recurring billing challenges * Present portfolio health, trends, and recommendations to Sales leadership and stakeholders * Manage onboarding activities for new enterprise customers, ensuring billing requirements and compliance standards are established from day one What You'll Need * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related business field * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and reporting * Ability to investigate complex business problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Sales, Accounting, IT, Operations, and leadership teams * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and business processes * Experience with financial analysis, accounts receivable, process improvement, business operations, or customer-facing support roles is preferred
