The Commercial Banking Strategy Product Officer is a collaborative role with a user-centric mindset that leads the vision, product planning, product management, and go-to-market strategies for FirstBank's commercial deposits/transactional digital channels. In charge of creating commercial banking product and service initiatives that can increase the Banks’ profitability, as well as build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
