As a Principal Product Manager, you will: Build platform capabilities that enable enterprises to operationalize AI safety, security, governance, transparency, and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle. 8+ years of experience as a software product manager, or C-level start up executive playing a product role, focusing on B2B software. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Experience defining product strategy and shipping complex technical products. Experience working across engineering, design, research, and customer-facing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Passion for Responsible AI. Experience navigating ambiguity, influencing across organizations, and translating emerging technology trends into scalable platform capabilities. Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
