Strong Financial Services industry expertise, ideally across banking, insurance, or capital markets. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business decision makers. Track record of leading complex sales opportunities, strategic negotiations, and transformational customer engagements. Experience driving technology-enabled business transformation, including cloud, data, AI, or digital innovation initiatives. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to inspire teams, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
