Analyzes results to understand performance against plan/forecast, and monitors trends and key levers to support various rhythm of the business and finance. Business Health: Drive process excellence while partnering across Engineering to continuously assess portfolio health by reviewing key drivers to identify opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. Financial analysis experience; Preference for experience in a high-tech company, particularly in commercial cloud services, business models and economics. Driven self-starter, capable of effectively prioritizing and operating with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing environment. Proven ability to partner, build trust, communicate with, and influence executives; Ability to make the complex simple and influence through effective storytelling.
