Go To Market - Promotes features to stakeholders and partners, supports content creation, and educates on new offerings. Works with marketing and engineering to set release criteria and develop strategies for customer acquisition. Manages product rollouts and creates support plans. Product/Service Definition - Identifies investment opportunities, sets roadmaps, tracks metrics, and ensures product alignment with business goals. Defines vision and strategy, writes product strategy documents, and builds consensus for AI-first product direction. Product/Service Development - Leads feature definition, design collaboration, and AI-first concept development. Ensures usability, accessibility, security, and gathers feedback. Owns the roadmap, manages priorities, adapts to customer needs, and ensures ethical AI standards. Product/Service Performance - Collects and analyzes KPIs, sets metrics for features, and acts to improve products. Manages feature deprecation and transitions. Builds customer relationships and gathers feedback for ongoing improvements. Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
