Drive standardization, documentation of core design and process elements for scalable network growth across North America Logistics using strong process management and Lean principles 2. Plan and design systems that increase critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance 3. Redesign effort for the inbound and outbound processes, evaluate the ergonomic needs and issues for shipping clerk workstations, or conduct a capacity planning and analysis study for peak season 4. Assess and optimize the processes and equipment used in the Delivery Station 5. Recommend and implement changes to safety procedures, work methods, and labor standards 6. Determine root causes of "defects" in performance through deep dive data analysis and decomposition and process observation 7. Successfully manage, execute, measure and communicate the impact of the projects in partnership with the site leaders responsible for day to day operations 8. Coordinate with Tech/Software teams, driving the operational execution of software enhancements 9.
