Key job responsibilities - Contribute to customer service product direction as part of a cross-functional team that includes AI scientists, developers, UX researchers, and product managers. - Work together to translate complex AI and automation concepts into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences that empower customers to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. - Drive innovation by leveraging your deep experience in UX design best practices through every step of the product development process, from observing customers to understand their needs, to meticulously crafting highly polished, intuitive interfaces. - Confidently engage with executives and stakeholders when presenting the team's work and discussing their feedback. - Contribute to a healthy, creative, problem-solving culture while helping those around you raise the bar for our customers. A day in the life A day in the life of a Senior UX Designer in Amazon Customer Service is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and highly focused on our customers. You will participate in meetings to review and provide feedback on detailed documentation, and lead sessions where you share customer insights, challenges, and the UX solutions you and your team have developed. You will work closely with UX researchers, writers, producers, and other designers, while also collaborating extensively with product managers, developers, and AI scientists to reinvent and reimagine solutions for our customers.
