Airswift is looking for a Quality Advisor III to work for a major O&G company in Spring, TX, for a 1 year assignment. This opportunity supports quality assurance activities within a refinery and chemical complex environment, with a strong focus on procurement quality, engineering quality, and construction quality. The role will contribute to the adoption of a new quality program and support change management across major project sites. This position offers exposure to domestic and international project travel while delivering meaningful impact through technical quality leadership, stakeholder engagement, and clear written and presentation communication. Required Experience: Background in quality assurance within complex industrial environments Experience in procurement quality, engineering quality, and construction quality Experience supporting change management related to the adoption of new quality programs Ability to work across major project sites domestically and internationally Required Skills: Strong quality assurance knowledge across procurement, engineering, and construction functions Effective people skills to support collaboration across local project sites Strong written communication and presentation skills Ability to provide practical support in implementing quality program changes
