Job Title: Construction Safety Superintendent Duration: 4-6 week project Schedule: 13 days on, 1 day off; day or night shifts may be available. Location: Texas City, Texas This opportunity is focused on delivering construction safety leadership within an ammonia facility project environment. The role is responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting site inspections, supporting safety training, and helping maintain compliance with construction safety regulations and industry standards. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to safe site operations on a fast-moving project with immediate impact. Required Experience: Previous experience in construction safety management 8-10 years of EHS experience Ability to operate as a stand-alone safety professional on site Required Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards Experience implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions Capability to deliver safety training to construction crews and subcontractors Strong accident and near-miss investigation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain safety records and documentation Required Certifications: TWIC card (Required) Preferred Qualifications: Ammonia facility experience Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification (Preferred) Bachelors Degree in Safety
