One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Hotline Coordinator to work on a 2-6- month assignment in their facilities in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: Assist and support the Royalty Hotline by answering owner phone calls and responding to owner inquires via email Research customer information in SAP PRA, Salesforce, and PLADS and take any necessary steps to follow up on actionable items Perform any required system work in order to maintain customer information Submit requests to various groups to update customer information such as Tax ID and banking information Log customer phone calls and email inquiries in Salesforce Perform ad-hoc requests as needed to provide support to the Division Order Analysts and team May also support the Operator Hotline as needed Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent work experience Prior call center or division order experience preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research Strong customer service orientation Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Excel Ability to prioritize tasks assigned by multiple sources Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to adapt well to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team Organized, with excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, with ability to work with minimal instruction Demonstrated strong work ethic Flexibility regarding workload and priorities Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of SAP PRA and/or Salesforce Previous customer service experience and/or working for a hotline answering customer inquiries
