You have experience aligning others to the vision and accelerating the great ideas of others. ● Strong oral and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail. You have experience presenting to senior management and key stakeholders to drive decisions and win buy-in for your ideas. You excel at earning trust and are comfortable saying “no” – and can align your audience on why it’s the right answer. At the same time, you are diplomatic, empathetic, and appreciative of differing perspectives: peers enjoy productive partnership with you even in times of disagreement. ● Enthusiastic about building products, organizations, and culture.
