About This Job This is an exciting opportunity to join our Junior Business & Technology Analyst Program- a rotational early-career development program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of Information Technology. This developer will support Consumer IT through reporting, analytics, data validation, platform administration, automation, and light technical development activities. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms, reporting tools, business intelligence solutions, and emerging technologies while developing foundational analytical and technical skills. You will assist with data analysis, validation activities, tool administration, and technology enablement initiatives. Work is performed under the guidance of the manager, who establishes requirements, success criteria, and data validation standards. This role will sit onsite at our HQ in San Diego, CA. Remote or hybrid work will not be available for this position.
