What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED or at least 2 years of experience in a similar welding/fabrication role.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding, preferably on thin-gauge stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.
• Experience producing sanitary welds is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to work within established production standards.
Preferred: Associate degree or technical training in Welding Technology.
Why Join Us?
You'll have the opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment where quality craftsmanship, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. This position also provides opportunities to learn additional skills through cross-training and work with a variety of fabrication and welding processes.
