Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple rebuilds simultaneously. Technical requirements Knowledge of mechanical components and applications. Experience with heavy machinery (construction, mining equipment) – added advantage.
