Key skills required: Agentic AI Development • Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems using: • Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Microsoft Agent Framework • Semantic Kernel • Azure AI Foundry Agents • LangGraph and related orchestration frameworks • Build agent collaboration patterns including: • Planner-Agent • Supervisor-Agent • Multi-Agent Orchestration • Reflection and Self-Correction • Human-in-the-loop workflows • Develop reusable agentic frameworks and accelerators for enterprise use cases. AI Solution Engineering • Integrate LLMs including: • Anthropic Claude • OpenAI GPT Models • Azure OpenAI • Gemini Models • Engineer advanced prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent memory strategies. • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with enterprise knowledge sources. • Optimize cost, latency, observability, and reliability of AI applications. Backend Engineering • Build scalable APIs and microservices using: • Python • FastAPI • Async Python development • Develop event-driven and distributed AI services. • Design secure API integrations with enterprise applications. Enterprise Integrations • Integrate AI agents with: • Microsoft 365 ecosystem • SharePoint • Teams • Salesforce • ServiceNow • SAP • Jira • Databases and custom enterprise systems • Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, Entra ID, and enterprise security standards. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field • 5 - 8 years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation. • Experience in Agentic AI, AI Solutioning, Backend Engineering, Enterprise Integrations.
