Job Title: Senior Manager – Java Full Stack Engineering Experience: 14+ years   Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – Java Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-stack technologies, modern architecture patterns, and hands-on experience with event-driven systems and cloud platforms, while also demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.   Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications. • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Replit, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to enhance engineering productivity. • Architect and build microservices-based solutions using Java and modern frameworks. • Develop and integrate real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka. • Implement event-driven systems using Kafka • Build Agentic AI solutions using AWS • Design scalable and resilient systems leveraging any cloud platforms • Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps pipelines. • Mentor and manage a team of developers; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. • Drive Agile delivery practices across the team.
