Learn more about ET&P Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Program Management • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and support engagements. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations. • Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. • Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications. Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership • Provide solution design and architecture guidance across Oracle EPM products: • FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close) • EPBCS/PBCS (Planning & Budgeting) • ARCS (Account Reconciliation) • EDM (Enterprise Data Management) • Narrative Reporting • PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management) • Tax Reporting • Conduct design reviews and ensure adoption of Oracle best practices. • Lead business process transformation initiatives across Finance functions. • Client & Stakeholder Management • Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance, Accounting, and IT leadership teams. • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations. • Manage client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth. • Team Leadership • Lead and mentor consultants, senior consultants, and leads. • Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions. • Allocate resources and manage utilization across engagements. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence. • Hiring & Talent Acquisition • Lead recruitment activities for Oracle EPM practice growth. • Conduct technical and managerial interviews. • Assess candidate suitability across functional, technical, and consulting capabilities. • Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with project demand. • Training & Capability Development • Develop and execute Oracle EPM training and upskilling programs. • Mentor team members on solution design, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices. • Drive Oracle certifications and competency development initiatives. • Establish reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge repositories. • Business Development & Pre-Sales • Support proposal development, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation. • Participate in client pursuit activities and sales presentations. • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. • Contribute to Oracle alliance and practice growth initiatives. • Financial & Operational Management • Manage project financials including revenue, margins, billing, and collections. • Monitor resource utilization and forecast capacity requirements. • Ensure compliance with organizational quality and governance standards. • Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. • Required Skills • Strong Oracle EPM Cloud experience • FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting • Financial Consolidation & Close Management • Finance Transformation • Program and Stakeholder Management • Pre-Sales and Solutioning • Team Leadership and People Management • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. • MBA, CA, CPA, CMA preferred. • 8+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience. • Experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM transformation programs. • Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or leading system integrators preferred.
