Learn more about ET&P Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements related to account reconciliations and financial close processes. • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle ARCS best practices. • Configure and implement ARCS modules including: • Reconciliation Compliance • Transaction Matching • Period Close Compliance • Design reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, and approval processes. • Configure transaction matching rules and auto-certification processes. Technical Responsibilities • Configure Data Integration/Data Management processes. • Develop inbound and outbound data integrations with Oracle ERP, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, and other source systems. • Support application security setup, user provisioning, and workflow configuration. • Perform application migrations across environments using Lifecycle Management (LCM). • Execute monthly maintenance, enhancements, and production support activities. Testing & Deployment • Prepare functional and technical design documents. • Develop test scripts and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. • Validate reconciliation balances, matching results, and workflow approvals. • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support. Stakeholder Management • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with business users. • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT teams. • Provide regular project status updates and issue resolution support. • Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions. Required Skills • Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) • Reconciliation Compliance • Transaction Matching • Oracle EPM Cloud • Data Integration / Data Management • Smart View • Financial Close Processes • General Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliations • Financial Controls and Compliance • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. • CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance preferred. • Experience in 1-3 Oracle ARCS implementation projects. • Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, EDM, or other Oracle EPM products is an added advantage.
