• 1. Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance
•
Breakdown Management: Act as the approver for OSS,escalation matrices, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations for major breakdowns (>30 mins), and onsite metrics.
•
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Approve PM planners site-wise, manage holiday work approvals (Height + Hot work), and monitor PM compliance and completion reports.
