About the Role: • 70 % of the role - Life cycle management of Contractual Workforce. • 20 % of the role - On roll Life cycle mgmt. • 10 % of the role - Demonstrate Conceptual HR understanding - initiate/ Lead/Participation in National/Zone Core HR projects.
