We are seeking a Learning Executive (G5) to drive Classroom (CRT) and On-the-Job (OJT) process training across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations. Candidate will champion end-to-end training execution across workforce tiers, manage stakeholder expectations, adhere to L&D SOPs, track feedback metrics, and facilitate upskilling/refresher modules. This full-time role requires 6-day shift coverage at Surath locaion with zonal travel.
