Purchase Order (PO) Review & Management
Process and monitor purchase orders within 24 hours of creation.
Coordinate with suppliers, brands, and internal teams for timely PO scheduling.
Prioritize POs based on Days on Hand (DOH), stock status, and operational urgency.
Inventory & Stock Management
Ensure 95% availability of the assortment at all times.
Analyze inventory trends against sales data and optimize stock levels accordingly.
