This role leads the non large Last mile asset. It would primarily be responsible for planning capacities - forecasting demand at DH level and also assist ops in providing headcount requirement. This would also oversee the 3 pl capacities and its allocations. The primary metric would be LM / 3pl spillages , Servicebility at pincode level for NS / COD etc. 3PL share.
