Key Responsibilities
• Daily Operations: Oversee end-to-end hub operations, including receiving, sorting, processing, and dispatching shipments.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage ground staff, supervisors, and delivery executives to ensure optimal productivity and shift coverage.
• Performance Metrics (KPIs): Monitor and improve Turnaround Time (TAT), order processing accuracy, and SLA compliance.
