Role Overview The Training Executive (Trainer) is a Grade 5 Executive role within Flipkart’s Learning & Development (SCM Team). Based at the Malur BTS FSC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end training lifecycle for the frontline workforce, including Blue-collar, FTC, and FTE staff up to Grade 10. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency and a strong learning culture.
