#LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid Essential Functions and Primary Duties • Responsible for all cash related reconciliations, including, but not limited to, local cash, consolidated cash, and payroll cash • Responsible for booking all corporate cash transactions – going through corporate cash accounts • Responsible for the accounting of certain CBIZ compensation and retention programs. • Responsible for preparing quarterly bank certificate associated with our debt. Establish productive relationships with other team members and departments involved in this process to ensure timely completion • Conduct quarterly internal financial reporting surveys • Responsible for completing relevant government statutory surveys such as reporting to US Census Bureau • Responsible for recording / consolidating of the results of Captive Insurance Company • Responsible for the review of the following: • Intercompany reconciliation • Areas in the public filings as assigned • SOX control testing review as assigned, including review of certain applicable SOC reports • Serve as a liaison between corporate finance and other corporate functional departments to promote collaboration and communications Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree Minimum Qualifications • 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Effective customer service skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
